Ashley Buckman


Ashley is currently studying Applied Sport Science at Southampton Solent University with a focus on Strength and Conditioning which features heavily in his dissertation. Ashley is experienced in Physiologial Testing inluding gas analysis, lactate testing and S-EMG. Alongside this, Ashley can offer Strength and Conditioning coaching, movement competencies and one on one athletic based sessions. He has worked with elite junior athletes within Athletics, Football, Hockey and Netball, of which some of are already at professional clubs and he has provided Strength and Conditioning for Surrey Storm Netball Acadamy. He has previously worked in fitness instructing and has coached athletics and football which has helped him to develop his skills within the Sport Science industry. Alongside this he is a training athlete specifying in Long and Triple Jump, aiding his knowledge of power events and the importance of plyometrics and speed within sport.
